Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every distance contract concluded between West & Co London and the consumer. Terms will be provided electronically or in writing prior to concluding the agreement.


ARTICLE 4 – EU & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers, including EU residents, are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. These are not included in the item price and must be paid upon delivery.


ARTICLE 5 – THE OFFER

Offers are non-binding and may be changed. Product descriptions are accurate and detailed. Prices exclude customs duties and VAT, which are to be paid by the customer in their own country. All relevant order and contract terms will be clearly stated in the offer.


ARTICLE 6 – THE AGREEMENT

The agreement is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the specified conditions. Upon electronic acceptance, confirmation will be sent. Security measures are applied for electronic data. Orders may be refused based on payment checks or other valid reasons.


ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Notification of withdrawal must be sent via email.


ARTICLE 8 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return.


ARTICLE 9 – EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed products (e.g., hygiene or media) once unsealed


ARTICLE 10 – THE PRICE

Prices may change due to legal obligations or market conditions. VAT is not charged by West & Co London on non-EU deliveries; the customer pays local import taxes.


ARTICLE 11 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY

Products will meet legal requirements and match the description. Any complaints must be submitted within 14 days. Warranty does not cover misuse or self-repair.


ARTICLE 12 – DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

Orders are fulfilled with care. Delivery time is typically within 30 days. If delayed, customers will be informed. Replacement items will only be sent with clear communication.


ARTICLE 13 – DURATION CONTRACTS

Customers may cancel subscriptions or long-term contracts with appropriate notice (typically one month). Contracts are not automatically extended without clear consent.


ARTICLE 14 – PAYMENT

Payments must be completed within 7 business days. Incorrect payment details must be corrected immediately. Unpaid orders may be canceled.


ARTICLE 15 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product. We aim to respond within 14 days.


ARTICLE 16 – DISPUTES

All contracts are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.
