Return policy

Return Policy – West & Co London

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and send a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Asia are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties or import fees incurred during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@westandco-london.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bras and underwear, regardless of whether they have been tried on or not.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the customer and West & Co London regarding our products or services, the cost of resolving the dispute will be shared equally between both parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
